Impact Report 2025: From Growth to Regeneration

3.2 Million Trees, 16 Tons of Plastic, 800 Corals, 11 Million m² of Biodiversity Protected, 10,000 Hours of Education - and Counting

In 2025, regeneration took center stage. Across forests, coastlines, classrooms and communities, thousands of people joined hands with Impact Hero to turn impact into everyday action.

From our roots in Berlin, our mission remains simple, to make positive impact accessible, measurable and transparent for everyone.

What We Achieved Together

• 3.2 million trees planted across 32 sites in India, Senegal, Tanzania, Kenya, and many more locations throughout the Global South.
  
  
• 16,000 kg of plastic collected, supporting circular-economy projects in Nicaragua, Ghana, Egypt, and beyond.
  
  
• 800 corals restored across Indonesia’s reefs and other coastal regions.
  
  
• 9,952 hours of education provided for women and children in Uganda, Mali, Zanzibar, and several other communities in Africa.
  
  
• 11 million m² of biodiversity protected across the Amazon, Mexico’s mountains, and additional conservation areas worldwide.

Each number stands for a story, of a farmer shifting from monoculture to agroforestry, a woman in Burkina Faso starting her own business, or a fisherman in Cairo cleaning the Nile.

How We Work

We believe in partnerships, not offsets. Together with 30+ local partners in the Global South, we channel funding where it creates the most value, combining environmental restoration with economic resilience. Our methodology follows a Theory of Change framework and we collaborate with monitoring partners like CarbonSpace and Restor-Eco to ensure transparency.

Impact Beyond Trees

2025 marked a new chapter for Impact Hero. Through our automation platform, businesses can now connect to 400+ apps to integrate impact directly into their workflow, linking impact to HR milestones, customer actions or sales moments.
Sustainability becomes simple, scalable, and part of every business journey.

Looking Ahead

In 2026, we aim to plant 5 million trees and finance 100,000 non-tree impact products.
