Dr. Dijana Galijasevic is the CEO and Co-Founder of Impact Hero, an ‘Impact-As-A-Service’ platform that empowers companies seeking to embody the Net Positive approach. She firmly believes that it will become the new standard for doing business.

Driven by the belief that sustainability & regeneration should be practical, transparent, and embedded into everyday business operations, Dijana co-founded Impact Hero in 2021 to close the gap between intention and action. Under her leadership, Impact Hero has enabled companies across Europe and beyond to integrate verified impact, from tree planting and plastic collection to biodiversity and climate projects - directly into their employee, customer, and digital experiences.

Today, Impact Hero has facilitated the delivery of millions of real-world impact actions, working with international organizations, brands, and institutions that want to move beyond vague commitments and toward tangible results aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Dijana’s leadership style is rooted in purpose, kindness, and experimentation. She believes that lasting impact comes from empowering people, teams, partners, and communities and from building systems that make doing good a natural part of daily business decisions, thereby creating greater awareness.

Beyond Impact Hero, Dijana is a David Rockefeller Fellow at The Trilateral Commission, where she engages with global leaders on economic, social, and environmental challenges. She has also contributed as a Faculty Member at futur/io to Moonshots for Europe, a publication launched in Davos duringWorld Economic Forum, focused on bold ideas for Europe’s future.
