Dr. Hannah Schragmann is the Chief Transparency Officer at Impact Hero, where she leads the company’s work on impact, project partner management and transparent communication.

Hannah is a PhD-trained business ethicist and philosopher whose work explores how economic systems can better reflect ecological and social realities. She combines academic insight with practical leadership in impact tech, helping ensure that Impact Hero’s methodologies, reporting, and impact claims are understandable, trustworthy, and aligned with international standards.

At Impact Hero, Hannah translates theory into practice by defining clear frameworks for impact evaluation. She works closely across departments and with external partners to make sure our impact data - from social and climate action to broader sustainability outcomes - is credible, transparent, and meaningful for our clients, partners, and the wider public.

Before and alongside her role at Impact Hero, Hannah has contributed to the field of sustainability and ethics through research, writing, and speaking engagements that challenge conventional productivity metrics and argue for models that center ecological regeneration and long-term value.
